Mommy's Snow Day Blend

So, this winter has been especially cold and snowy here in the WNC mountains. This means my two precious and very active boys have been home a lot with snow days. Now I love my kids very much, but having them running around destroying the house all day can drive me crazy! However, there is an oil for that. I found an amazing blend that I put in the diffuser and it helps me keep from losing my mind on these cold snowy inside days. This blend is both uplifting to help with the blues that can come with nasty cold weather, and it also has calming aspects to it to help me not yell at the kids. I mix Motivate (for me this is more of a grounding blend), Peppermint, Elevation, and Citrus Bliss in the diffuser. I promise this will help you keep your sanity!
